Iommi turned to C# on Master of Reality, Vol 4 and Sabbath Bloody Sabbath. Sleep is in C

Too bad this band broke up after releasing what was more like "art" rock. This is as good as Sleep ever got, but from start to finish "Sleep's Holy Mountain" is one of the best doom albums ever made. They're definately up there with classics like Black Sabbath, Saint Vitus, and Candlemass.
