Sonny King, while a great entertainer, was better know as the inventor of the Corn Dog. It all happened by accident one day while he was cooking corn and hot dogs. The rest is history. Sonny never profited from his invention; he failed to register the idea with the appropriate agency. His story was later used by President Ronald Reagan as the basis of his anti-regulation policies. We can all thank Sonny for that. To this day, Sonny's greatest tragedy and success reamain unkown.
