Hi David. Great little videos youre making. Ive been playing stratocaster since 1971, and I still find your videos fun and somewhat educational. Just wanted to say that you can get a 3,5,7, and 9 point switch for the pu´s.(If someone cant get the lever to stay "in between".

You're probably right, but when I've tried this with mine I've seen some affect. I think you're right though because its not always worked.

I wouldn't say that Mexicans are bad. The Mexicans tend to have a warmer tone even with the single coils, usually made out of poplar wood, with hotter pickups. The Americans have that crystal-clear glassy tone, usually made out of Ash or Alder. I have a Mexican with Seymour Duncan humbuckers. (SHR-1 and 59er) Also, an American with the stock single coils. It just depends on the sound you want.
