Georgia disputes Russian 'withdrawal' - 18 Aug 08

There is little evidence that Russian forces in Gerorgia are withdrawing, despite assurances from Moscow that the troops are to pull back.Georgia and its Western allies insist the Russian militry must pull back completely and leave only a small peacekeeping force in South Ossetia.Al Jazeera's Alan Fisher reports.

Everybody should go back home, take care of your own families and leave everbody else alone. As if we all don't have enough work to do in our own countries that we need to go and screw around with someone else's?After we each get our own countries cleaned and repaired then let's all get together for a HUGE worldwide party. I do not understand the western logic. If Kosovo deserves independence so why not Southern Ossetia? I didn't understand Russia when Kosovo was actual but now I dont understand EU and US.

Under russian constitution, war can only be started when parlament has approved it. This hasnt been done, therefor Medvedev has ignored russian constitution.
