First of all NORE is considered a black man... an when i mean black meaning that his skin color is black.... there are black people everywhere in the world that come from different ethicity.... and in this case his ethicity is puerto rican or they call him afro-puerto rican because of african ancestry meaning that even though they live, and grew up in a spanish speaking enviorment they are still black. but i guess people can't handle the turth...

he's latino even if his skin color is black. its about what region you are from not the color of your skin. africans were brought to the area a long ass time ago and im not sure if they would consider themselves african but since they have been in that region for so long they prolly would consider themselves as dominican or latino. people who's family have lived in the US for over a century might not say that they are european decent but american. bah, why am i talking to you.......HE'S LATINO
