Hence the quotes for the word stolen, I didn't mean for it to be harsh. A case could be made that Led Zeppelin "originated" the riff however.

Its also been "stolen by".... led zeppelin, papa roach, and jimi hendrix. I dont think theres anything wrong with covering other bands and interpreting there songs the way you hear them. Thats a really harsh word and frankly i dont think you could do anybetter. its a simple chord progression for crying out loud. This isnt a flame this is just my opinion.
