I remember the Levi's ad with this very song, but it had a couple of people flying through the air--or were they skydiving? I can't remember exactly, but I remember seeing two people soaring through the air with this song playing.

Totally agree. I was about 9 when this ad came out and I'm 43 now. I've never forgotten this jingle. It brings back memories of summer, sunny days and just being a kid when anything seemed possible.

It sure is!!! I wish I could find a way to be a kid again back in the 70's!!! Those were the best years ever. Not a thing to worry about and everyday was SUNNY : )

I smiled reading your response, because I had just written to a relative, included this link, and said the same, exact thing!! I loved this commercial as a kid, and I can't believe that I found it somewhere in the YouTube universe. Found the guy dressed as a fig newton, also. Remember that? :)

This is pure happiness. I've watched this dozens of times now, and I STILL get goosebumps, for some reason. It just makes me feel like a kid again, I guess. Closest to time travel I'll probably ever get.

I'm glad someone else remembers the ad with the kids flying around. I'm pretty sure you're right, this one did come first, but I know for sure that the one on video with the flying kids was out in the late summer/early fall of 1974. I remember seeing it during the afternoon kids shows just as school was starting that year. What a fond memory this is. Thanks so much for posting it!
