You listen to this now and it still holds water. Not so true with many pop bands over a decade after their hay day, Elastica, Lush, Sleeper and Echobelly out of the group Elastica still gain larger approval, yet truth be told you listen to any of them and you can see where bands such as 'the sound' and Ladytron come from.

Not they, the second album was made under nearly a whole new band. Plus come the end of the 1990's the time was to change sounds and Brit sounds made way for bigger (but no better US gigs). Brit didn't come back in fighting force till the bland sound of Coldplay push a million "coffee shop" bands out in to the domain.

Oh man this reminds me of my senior year of high school when i was desperately into all things Elastica and Blur (still love them) miss both bands immensely. Actually i just miss those days...(sigh)

This song was in Drew Barrymores 90's flick Mad Love. This song is also on indie sky radio like twice a day (not enough). As a kid in the Seattle 90's this song was solid, the band was hot.
