Real bass music is totally under-appreciated. This is the stuff that defines bass, what it should really be. We bassists shouldn't be confined to single-note baselines. Anyone who can't appreciate this stuff doesn't know music.

dbeckster no the drummer keeps rythm under control bass does have to be accurate as drummer tho, but alot of bass players nowadays might as well be the rythm cuz theres very few good bass playas out there in alot of the popular music
