Uh, the language is Japanese. This version was done by the Takarazuka Revue, and all the characters were played by women, even the male characters. If you saw other performances done by Takarazuka, chances are you'd like it rather than bash it just because it's something you've never seen before :p

that is very bad!!! Elisabeth was written in german. I realy dont know, what language on the video is! Ijust can say i hate it!!! I saw Elisabeth in germany, Vienna, London and Paris, bit i never saw something bad like this!!! The language sounds ill! And in the Origina "der Tod" is played from a man and not from a woman!!! I would reorder my Money after a show like this!!!! And i also would beat up all "actors"

Ayaki Nao is great as Death. Wow, I love this performance so much!

wow! I love the blocking in this one!!! Although it doesnt really make sense for Death to be there, I would love to hear Kiriya Hiromu sing the whole thing by herself :] shes such a great Lucheni.

I really like. It´s different from the "Wiener Cast" but quite good.

Dirty chills that drive you insane. :) It's most amazing! A note, if you buy an iTunes Japan card from J-List, you can buy the Tsuki Elisabeth tracks. Her voice in high quality. RAWR.

I agree! Also if you listen really closely in songs like Yami ga Hirogaru you can hear her voice tremor and OH GOD. Sends chills....
