My guess is he's practicing this accent for his next movie. Public Enemies. He's playing a Fed so it might be sort of like this.Anyhow, still aint seen the fuckin film TDK. So going tomorrow, can't wait.

Did you know that christian bale actually auditioned to be robin in batman forever. THANK GOD they didn't choose him other wise we probably wouldn't see him here.

i saw the interview with him for the film batman begins and his accent is not really diffrent than now !!!!i don't see any deffrencesbut in my opinion the english accent is nicer tha the american onealthough i'm from gulf but i like the english one moreanyway i luv christian his very handsome

he's from wales. that's one reason his accent sounds unfamiliar. also, he changes his accent for every film he does, so he could be preparing for his next role.
