PPL pilot landing at Manchester Airport. This is me landing at Manchester Airport in a PA-38 Piper Tomahawk, G-BWNR, The video being shot by my friend Ed. This video was shot in 2000 as the second runway was still being built.Landing at Manchester is a novelty as usually based at Liverpool Airport.Includes ATC and cockpit recordings.Subtitles now available

Just before the Touch Down the Stall Warner should Sound it sounds about 5 Knots above the stall and the audible signal is what tells you your about to lose a lot of lift and hence flop on the the runway At that phase of the landing you are not looking at your Airspeed Indicator.A Stall in a PA38 is something you don't want to do, They don't call them TerrorHawks for nothing!
