What kind of goju did you practice? Okinawan Goju, japanese goju or american goju? It depends also by the master, the training, etc etc.

This is also a new form of martial arts home training. Try to search for martial arm in any engine to find it! Where can I buy one? Do i just go to the martialarm website? it seems like a Wing Chun Practise Tool It will be good for jeet kune do and trapping hands
