the un or usa or global government, whatever the fuck you wanna call them, NWO mabe, they want boliva's cocaine, bolivia legalized the production of the plant a few years ago, i saw a pic where bolivian president is handing condaleeza rice a ukalelee guitar lacquered with coca leaves on it as a gift of their liberation. the nwo is using them as the growing grounds for cocaine, this is a major part in that plan.
