One of the problems i have with making ballroom or latin dancing an olympic sport is that (luckily) it is an art form not just a sport. As compared to say volleyball or hockey or 200 meter sprint -- no one would seriously say those are arts. In those you get a certain # of points, or the puck in the net or achieve the fastest time to the finish line. The thing is, dancing is an art, not really a sport.
