the same way you provide proof of a Z06 having an engine failure for both edmunds and road and track?

bearsdkills is a moron. using launch control does in fact void the GTRs warranty.

No.You heard wrong. If you take it to a track, then you loose warranty.

The first Edmunds Z06 engine failed the first time they were doing its review. As well as Road & Track. If you want others to believe that the Nissan at the track was not stock you need to provide proof. Other than that; the fact is that the car was stock.

really? edmunds own "in house" gtr trans has already failed as im sure there are many examples.(rolls eyes)

Edmunds review did hit a 3.2 0-60 time and it is also recorded on tape-yes it did-like i said the ringer delivered from nissan was fast but they actually purchased a new car from the dealership and its lacking.

u know the massive "gtr transmission problems" accusations can all be traced back to a single forum article that isnt documented at all, just a guy that said he had the vdc off a lot of nissan wuldnt replace his transmission bcuz of how much the vdc was off. once gtr haters heard this, then they all had to make sure it got all over the internet, so in reality theres only been one incident, undcoumented, of the transmission failure.
