Oops x2...I thought you, not Mikew995, wrote the "viper 8.0" part......AAAAND fuck me, I forgot not all new civics have the K20...The LX, DX, and EX do have 1.8l's, which along with the K20 replaced the old B16 and D16 1.6l motors...Damn, my foot tastes like shit!!

Not to focus on the small stuff, but fyi, the new vipers are 8.4 liters, and civics are either 1.6l or 2.0l, not 1.8l.But overall I agree with you, Honda kicks ass. I have a 95 gsr with dc headers, borla exhaust and cold-air intake, and even before I got my jdm motor I hit 149 on a slight(maybe 2%) down-grade...Not bad for a mildly tuned NA 1.8L 4.Although i've seen 720+hp from a USDM B18C1 before, 3 to mid-400's is perfect, PROPS ON THE TEG!!!

not really. with a boosted four nager ya can get good power. Honda engines get better gas mileage than most other engines of the same size or less. I mean a Honda Civic 1.8 liter gets better gas mileage than the smaller engined less powerful Aveo. I mean some of Hondas V6's are as fast of some V8's or larger competitors V6's.

V8's aren't bad but too bad there are no Jap V8 sports cars and too bad V8's get shitty mileage
