With all respect, do remember that modern music would not have existed in the way as it did now without Kraftwerk. Electronic music has left its traces in nearly every modern music genre, for example in Industrial Metal, Hip-Hop and of course Dance and Trance.

sort of-they were pioneers of techno music, using synthesizers. there were others, but kraftwerk was ahead of everyone when they first started
