No it doesn't. If you name your company glaxosmiTHKliNe, the internationally-known GlaxoSmithKline could almost certainly sue you.If you have some issue with their use of iDance, have the owner of the other iDance file a law suit against them proving that either:1) Your iDance has a national trademark on the use of that name,2) That the success of your iDance company inherently grants it such a trademark3) That this iDance knowingly used the name to reap the benefits of your iDance
