"Great Revival" indeed. Kinda skeptical about making combos carry over to the boss though (as opposed to the boss having its own combo meter). It'd be pretty cool if SJSU or at least SFSU were to get this. (They've had ESPGaluda and Mushihimesama Futari in the past, both of which were brought to Fanime.)

not releasing arcade games on xbox live ARCADE... sounds logical to me.

Actually, they're selling Dodonpachi: Dai Ou Jou DEATH Label with Ketsui on the 360 and not Dai Fukkatsu. It's only been in the arcade for a few months but I hope it does well enough that they can port it to a home console in the future.i r dum

It was going to put on Live Arcade but they don't want many more arcade ports so Cave will put out a retail version. Hopefully they decide to finally release it outside of japan this time.

Eh, true Do Don Pachi is ten times better than any remake, but Ikaruga and Geometry Wars more than satisfy my needs for the moment!

Looks very much in the style of the takumi franchises (Giga Wing, Mars Matrix) but only with even more flashy colors.

VERY nice soundtrack. Manabu Namiki did it again. The intro on stage 1's BGM comes out kicking. DFK's bullet cancelling reminds me a bit of Border Down. Seeing this hit the 360 wouldn't surprise me, especially if the Japanese release of DOJ Black Label X is well received.
