I watched this documentary. Starts off slow but when its over all the pieces come together and what a revelation it is! That corn syrup is in so many products that we end up with corn in our hair samples. And the feed grade of corn that they use to make the syrup kills cows after 4 or 5 months. Bad stuff.

Ever since i was young my mom who is a pharmacist has preached the evils of high fructose corn syrup. It is killing this nation along with many other heavily processed or modified foods. Corn by itself is a great food but what we do to it and how we use it is nearly poison. The government does not care and the only way you can protect your helth is to be aware. I have not seen the movie but will be watching it as soon as I can. Glad someone cared enuf to put the information out there.
