Per-Olov Kindgren in Rome playing Bach
UPDATE!! NEWSFLASH!!When Marie and I did this, we only had a standard "turist" DV camera with a BAD built-in microphone. Back home, I played the Prelude again with a better mic. while watching the video and added it to the film. I had to do this because it was 100% impossible to hear the guitar/music from the actual take. This is a production! with edited footage and sound. But we didn't plan this at all and did it just for fun. We thought you should share the joy we felt doing it.Please listen to the music! and "feel" the atmosphere in Rome! It was just as nice as it looks.Per-OlovThis is a video we made in Rome 2 weeks ago. Not planned or prepared for but what the heck; we had great fun doing it! :))Thanks to the people of Rome that put up with us at 2am in the morning...Hope you will have the same thing we had making it: A GREAT TIME! Sorry: no TAB's :)Thank you all, for being out there, and still listening. You're the best!Per-OlovThanks Marie...Pelle

Wow, Per-Olov! Now that's authentic! Wish I was there to see it.

The life goes on... It's everywhere: in voices, noises, barks and shuffles on cobblestone... And it's in this timeless Bach's piece.Bach is a good fit for Rome. Strangely so, but Fellini isn't.

Than Ciao! A piece inpired by Fellini! Hmmm... Maybe pietro212 would like that. I live in a very calm, silent area outside Copenhagen so I don't mind noisy cities for a week or two but it's sure nice to be back home where I can hear myself playing.Re Pierre Bensusan: great musician! The third best thing from France since fishnet stockings and escargot.

I lived there for a year when I was 10 (I'm about your age) and have been back many times. Why not compose a piece based on De Chirico paintings? Or Fellini? I just don't see Bach with Roma. I guess I'm done with noisy cities for now; want to see Bali again.Re; Paris; I got to open for Pierre Bensusan last March here in Calif. He's the best thing from France since fishnet stockings.

Hey Rexiano!Nice to se you are listening to me! Thanks! You are still in a good mood I can see. :-) Bach was very appreciated in Roma actually. Several stopped and listened. I love noisy Roma. Beautiful place. Have you been there?Next video might be from Paris. Also noisy and nice...

Ciao Pietro!Mille grazie! I have been to Rimini once. A beautiful place with a great beach! And yes, I like Fellini just as I like Ingemar Bergman...Thanks for the invitation!Per-Olov

Bach in Rome?I don't get it. Why not Italian Lute music?Seems like a waste with the dogs and cars going past. Might as well be in a Ghetto as in a noisy Roma.

If you come yet in Italy, I would like host you in our county :the west coast , near Rimini ( you like Fellini ? ).You play classic guitar in a unic way, from Bach to Lennon !!Pietro

I think that you should wear dark sunglasses. Thus, beside the fun you would have made a few bucks too.I am only joking of course. That was very nice really. Was that the Duarte's transcription or yours?
