Believe it is Prakash John. Played with Lou, Alice Cooper,(As did Steve Hunter and Dick Wagner, the guitarists who toured with Lou during this period) Funkadelic, and a few others. He recorded "Rock and Roll Animal", "Lou Reed Live" and "Sally Can't Dance" with Lou
