I think it is very true that if we hold stuff in we get violent. If we don't express how we feel and keep it all bottled up inside, it does no good because then one day we could just explode. I've felt that way many times at school from being bullied and wouldn't express my anger until I got home and argued with my mother. And, yeah that free your mind is from a song. It's by En Vogue.
