i'm not ready to embrace marxism or any radical ideology but i'm starting to realize just how alienating capitalism has resulted. i mean it is corrupt to it's very institutional foundation. i've never realized it before. it is very discouraging.

I agree. I'm just pointing out that criticisms of the current system often point more to its implementation that to its supposed capitalist base.

I'm all in favour of removing trade barriers and artificially protected markets.But there will never be an absolutely free market system, an end to oligarchy or corruption.That's total fantasy.

communism sucks veny dicks that is why they never beat U.S. I still wonder if socialism is better than capitalism why U.S has been for more time than any socialist, communist or fascist government since the date U.S was created.

I would agree with you, if the west actually was a free market system. As it is, I do not. Trade regulations, aside from stifling the markets, are hugely debilitating to third world countries, often deliberately. Just take a look at South America to see how the US can de facto colonize countries simply with its financial heft.If the governments were to cease these oligarchical agreements, reinstating a true free market, I personally believe the world's economies would become more balanced.

How can there be worker liberty when economic decisions are controlled the state? In a communist society the state decides where resources are allocated and the level of production of consumer good and to hell with demand. Individual freedom of action is nonexistent. It is a breeding ground for corruption from the very start allowing an educated technocratic and politically sophisticated elite hijacks the revolution.

The problems of Africa are due to a lack of democracy, human rights, civil wars, feckless leadership, dictators and weak rule of law.The West has to buy its oil and raw materials from somewhere. The Africans are the guys fighting and killing eachother over the profits. That's their problem not ours. Unless you are suggestomg that Europe reconquers and actively governs its old colonies? If Africans can't prosper that's their own problem. The West has a duty to send money and food aid of course.
