Another neat option at almost no cost can be looked at in an entertaining way at goalenforcer. Compare it at about 10 or 20 dollars with mindjet at hundreds of dollars.

I recently found Gtdagenda and I think it fits perfectly with GTD. It has goals, projects and tasks, contexts, next actions, checklists, schedules and a simple calendar.
