for sure , man its so true look at jacare or marcelo garcia,... they have unreal technique and set ups,.. but yeah they both are freakishly strong and they have crazy speed,..(especially jacare) glad we agree

0:06 to say he's beaten them all is a farce. I know Rickson is good but he isn't one of the best. Who has he beaten? ALL NOBODIES. He even refused to fight a washed up Sakuraba in Pride. His 400+ victories with no defeats is blown up. He never fought a fight he knew would be a challenge. They were all set up against weaker opponents. I respect the Gracie family for what they've done for the world of MMA, but I can't say that Rickson is the best.

"matwizard" its true that Bjj doesnt require those things but i was just responding that you are gonna get strong and fast in most Bjj schools weither you like it or not xDand even though it doesnt need strenght and speed it does help alot ;D

oh and about you not liking Bjj,there is nothing wrong with that....people like different styles and thats a good thing becaouse if everybody would only like Kung fu or Bjj or Karate than there would only be one martial art and that would be boring ;Dwhat i dont like is when somebody talks crap about some martial art....if somebody is a martial artist then respect all the martial arts not just one...Cheers ^^

yes thats true,when you get a dominant position you have all the time that you need becaouse masters in other arts and especially those that dont train anything dont have a chance to change the positions....Bjj is chess of martial arts,its all about strategy....ofc in a street fight you wont stall the fight,you will finish it as soon as possible,and thats where speed,strenght and technique comes up....

not only that but once you're on the ground and you have the dominant position, you can take your time. to be honest i don't like BJJ. i'm more of an enshin ryu guy.
