It's normal the first time you train your chest. It last 12 days for me. After you need to go to workout 2 etc. Nouw I need to rest 6 days after chest workout.

Early this year I switched to HIT after reading Mike`s work.Best thing I ever did.4 sets a week - 15mins - with results.I like all the intensifiers, Rest/pause,negatives,static holds,forced reps especially.I know what failure means now.

I personally asked Markus two days ago and he replied that he still trains HIT and works out every 6-7 days to this day...7 years after the vid with Mentzer. His youtube name is "mrhighintensity" check out the vids of his own workouts it's actually him.

I also did seated flyes and incline bench press...WOW! I've never had a pump in my chest like that one. I've been working out 15 years and this pump outdone them all. My soreness reminded me of my very first workouts. Very, very, tough.
