I think you will find that roughly half of the people in the world today were alive when the Beatles were together.. Put it this way.. In twenty years time, kids will be amazed that you were alive in the days before iPods could actually teleport people.. Whereas that will seem quite unremarkable to you... However I doubt that anybody will be interested in whether Britney was still alive or not..

You bet! Saw em at Dodger Stadium, in 1966. I was 14. I had the privledge of being young, and seeing these boys. So young. They were called Mop Tops.Still, I knew, even then. That the world would NEVER be the same..the energy had shifted.oh,our parents hated them then John Lennon made the comments about jesus my parents actually thought they were communist spys. That was when russia was the enemy.crazy times, great times. You couldn't wear Jeans to disneyland. girls had to wear dresses..yikes.

suburbangirl..do you remember when our folks thought they were LONG HAIRED Hippies? And when we watched them on Ed Sullivan...oh, man.those were the days. So glad to be young then.We used to play their songs on 45's...from Sears..our record players came for SEARS...Love em just the same.
