The plot infact is actually largely adapted from a 1950s Aurdry Hepburn movie called "Roman Holiday", many of the scenes are directly taken from that film (including the mouth of truth) and the general over all plot between Ishtar and Hibiki is lifted from that film. Understanding that gave me new found respect for this OVA.
