Yo Rolanddaily.. I don't know dude.. judging by your comments about Muriel, Edgar Cruz and others i figure you must be the most perfect fingerstyle/classical guitarists ever. Funny thing though.. i did a search on you and didn't find any of your vids. Each of these players bring their own style, creative work, sensitivity and imagination to the table. So lighten up will ya? So stop bashing and enjoy the music. Besides they're famous and your're not so they must be doing something right.

In response to Guitarman504: Just because you win a competition, it doesn't make you a great musician. Music is art, not sports, it is totally subjective. I love your example of Edgar Cruz, who produces a horrible sound on the nylon string guitar! You really need to listen to more fingerstyle/classical guitarists!

Muriels performance of the classical was ok. Tempos were rushed and she was sloppy, but I though it was ok. her day tripper was terrible, no groove. Strawberry fields was my pick on this vid.

I don't think it's possible to win the "National Fingerstyle Guitar Championship"(which she won in 1989) if you are a hack with sloppy hammer-ons and pull-offs. It has also been won by other "hacks" such as Michael Chapdelaine(in 1998) Edgar Cruz(2nd place in 1991).
