haha nicely done! i've done this excercise in my choir class but just couldn't figure out what it was really for. its like i've unlocked the key to breathing from my diaphram. lol. so thanks :)

I dont want to make one mistake, this exercise works mostly if you're ready to breathe. AKA Sing.So get in singing posture. Knees bent and relaxed shoulders...
