Wish I would have known they were there. I was in SoCal for the last two weeks visiting friends and family. I'm sure the show went great, as it did at the Shell. I hope your surgery went well and you're feeling better every day. God bless.

Back in da day in 1974, my concert promoter partner began booking C&K at his club, the GOLDEN BEAR in Huntington Beach, CA. Their gigs always sold out in Surf City as did all their shows with us through the decades. For C&K's 35th, I hoped to fly from the mainland but just had colon surgery, was hospitalized for a month and got released just days before the Waikiki gig. But I was there in spirit and will see them Sept.28 in CA at Cerritos Center for Performing Arts (where I was publicist)! :)
