I just saw this movie for the first time yesterday. Considering that this movie is from the 80's , it's not out of place to see a big, sweaty, buff, guy singing and homoerotically gyrating his hips on stage . It's not even odd that there is a saxophone in this kind of music, since 80's pop is notorious for having cheesy over-the-top sax solos. What's odd is that a big sweaty buff guy is dancing onstage homoerotically WHILE playing the sax.
