I think the bodybuilders of Arnold's and Mentzer's day were the best. The monsters today are just freaks. These gys were about grace and asthetics. Today's bodybuilders are too big.

Mike Mentzer`s Heavy Duty is proven wrong numerous times. Only stupid fags follow this crap. Everything about it is stupid, including recovery, cadence, volume and so on. He was wrong about everything. Stupid, weird man.

Arnold has no forearms. Author Jones measured Arnold's forearm at 13". Mike's forearm was 15 3/8". Arnold was indeed a better poser and much more visually pleasing. Mike was very original in his poses, but there were certain poses that didn't look good on him.

That's right! Big forearms, big arms, big legs, calves, traps, and back. Moved with power and grace. Had more original poses than anybody in the game at that time. And destroyed Arnold, in the 80 Olympia, with a smaller waist.

Big forearms but too big for his biceps. Way too blocy and lacking detail. Arnold exploded with detail and moved from pose to pose with elegance.
