Iv had mine since the start of summer, up untill september i would have said it was an indestructible phone, i even dropped it off a train bridge by accident once (Not onto the tracks of course) But the phone took to physical or internal damage, they will however take alot of wear and tear due to the main buttons on the left and right stick out alot and will eventually rip the rubber underneath, but if you not like me, its a good buy ;)

im getting this phone for christmas.. 39 days from now! and my cousin has the same. She has had since about a month after it came out and none of the keys are broken or anything.. She even dropped it and nothing broke!

i agree with doty, the phone is great and i would recommend it to anyone. and after few months, no problems with keypad or anything

For your information this is one of the best phones you can find on the planet. I got mines on the release date last year and it is still new and working normal. Its fully customized and not one of my keys aint broken. It all has to do with the way you treat your phone. Most of you Brutalize the keypad in all kind of ways (playing games, texting and browsing the internet) and then blame Sony Ericsson for bad products. Any one out there looking to buy this phone I would say to you "Go Head!!!!"
