Also - along with the herbal tea, I drink a cayenne pepper blend (1/8 tsp)with fresh squeezed lemon in 8oz of water. It really works on boosting your metabolism and really makes you urinate in the beginning while it is cleansing bad toxins. P.S. I went to the gym tonight and I had tons of energy. Haha!! This is too funny. Ironically I also ordered my Wu-Yi tea last night. So, tonight I was browsing for more information on Wu-Yi and I thought... I wonder if there is anything on You Tube. LMAO you can find everything on here. Anyway.. I wish you luck and please share your blog with me. I am also looking forward to the results. How long did it take for you to receive your free trial?
