hahah, you guys have no idea who you are talking about.

The Reds needed pitching more than the Rangers needed hitting. Hamilton is a better hitter than Volquez is a pitcher but the Reds got the bigger benefit of the deal because how much they needed pitching. Tremendous trade for both teams, though.

Pitching wins in the post season. The Reds can always develop more hitters (Bruce), but pitchers like Volquez are rare.

The Reds had a much larger risk in this trade but it paid off perfectly. Hamilton was already a superstar (most people were pretty sure of this). Volquez had potential. He is NOW a superstar. God forbid, drug addicts tend to remain that way...hope that is not the case with Hamilton. Knowing what we know now, Volquez is the one we want in Cincinnati.

1. Your full of uneducated comments, especially about Josh. 2. This is typical conversation that humans have with each other, not with a video camera.

Edinson is like Jesus to the Reds bullpen! Hamilton is good but that addiction can affect you alot over the span of a couple years. Props to both sides but Edinson=Jesus for Reds

no the reds got what they needed pitching...they dont need outfielders they got dunn, griffey, bruce, and corey patterson...the reds if theyr pitchers reach potential can have one of the best teams think about itharang and volquez 1-2 punchbailey and arroyo arent bad 3-4 guysand cueto is great for a 5 starterand they got cordero in the pen

I agree, The Rangers got the better end of te deal, Edison Volquez can only pitch one out of every 5 days, Josh plays everyday

No they're not! They're four games under .500in 4th place. One or two hot streaks and they're back in the race!

Not even Superman could pitch as well as Edinson has. ;)
