Outstanding blend of music and pics. Beautiful job, guy. One of the two best I've ever seen on youtube--I recognize more than one of your locales. Thanks for sharing!

You can't "overdose" on Marry Jane. You are rediculous! and cowboys back then were doing alot worse drugs than pot. You have no right to judge Willie or anyone else if they choose to smoke weed. It's their lifestyle, not yours

u know alot of them started on the cattle trail some as young as 13 but average age was 16 and many were old men by the time they were in their 30's fighting dust storms stampedes hunger thirst sickness and we aren't talking what is now called native americans or rustlers.

Willie probably supports Obama. I can tell you he opposes the war in Iraq and I believe he's part Native American. That doesn't mean he can't have a respect which he obviously does for cowboy culture and the cowboy ways which he obviously does. I', still trying to deal with Johnny Cash and Waylon Jennings being gone.

Another time. Ideally he would be right. But we don't live in ideal times and in those days honorable men like your friend could be easily taken advantage of. The fact is that lawyers and contracts are borne from mistrust not because people could trust each other.

You know this song reminds me of this old cowboy he was about 85 when we first met and we became fast friends. He was long and lanky and had snow white hair and a walrus mustashe. I remember when we were sitting on his front porch and he gave me a firm look and pointed at me and said," A man who can't keep his word isn't worth the ground he stands on." He believed that a firm handshake and your word should be all that is needed you shouldn't need a written contract and lawyers.
