MANLY is distributed by Bookazine, Baker & Taylor and Ingram -- bookstore distributors. Comic books stores hardly ever get their graphic novels through bookstore distributors. You'd have more luck going to a gay bookstore or ordering it through Borders, who would get it rather quickly for you.Comic book stores don't carry gay erotic books -- and if they do, only if they are distributed by Diamond.
