Because to put it quite blankly Seether and Nirvana hardly have any connections, Kurts lyrics were alot more 'brash' and you had to collect personal eaning from them, Shaun's are very straight forward and the sound is totally different this is waay less raw and more like metal than a grunge sound that Nirvana had.

This song is quite good. "Smells Like Teen Spirit" is SHIT - like all their (Nirvana's) music - ALL of it.
