Apart from the ones already mentioned there's also Boston, Chicago, Aerosmith, The Eagles, Blue Öyster Cult, Fleetwood Mac is half-British, half-American, Van Halen, Journey, Kansas, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Metallica, Nirvana, Simon & Garfunkel, Steely Dan, Bob Dylan, Styx, and many others.To say that "classic rock" wouldn't exist without England is overlooking a number of incredible artists.

That's because the band worked tirelessly in the studio to make it perfect. They're actually an incredible live band, it's just impossible to live up to their studio work.Queen more or less took the same approach.

in all honesty, they were actually named led zeppelin when The Who's drummer Keith Moon said they would go down like a "lead zeppelin".

they called it Led Zeppelin so that their words would hover over ur head......they changed the lead to led.....so that they wouldn't fall!
