I saw UFO at the Woodinville dome n. of seattle just after Phenomenon was released in 1973. They made Golden Earring and Be Bop Deluxe look silly. Blew me awaaaay! Still does.

This is pretty cool. Lights out in Hamburg. My Hometown. And - there is no kidding - I was there. Be 16 and live. Greetings to you, Michael.

just listen to schenker come into both leads....someone left that baby in a basket on his porch because its crying its ass off...the cry baby!!...schenker mashed the button throttled it down just right and left it alone to make it cry like a lil bitch.

There was no stopping any of us back in the day. Mr. Schenker excelled in all his bands, but what was awsome, back when Ozzie was on trial for satanic influence in GB, he was there, along with Iron Maiden to say this was crap, let us play, and hold your kids responsible for the deeds they did. British/German/American steel, good stuff.

there was no stoppin schenkster back in the day...as you all can see he clearly ripped it up..when schenker was younger he had soo much fun playin. his feel was unsurpassable by anyone. no1 could jam like him. it took a rare breed of guitar loving folks like myself to truly appreciate every riff he gave. to all the new comers just be thankful he's still around to jam.

He was called to replace Mick TAYLORMick JONES is from Foreigner or the Clash (there are two Mick Jones').But yeah you're right. In my book he was successful though. He had his own musical vision and he followed it to the end. see kingofthedeep's comment.
