Sheep Cheese: Ancient Heritage Dairy
Sheep cheese tastes distinctive, characteristically strong, and very different from cow or goat cheese. On this family sheep farm, the making of cheese reflects a slower pace of life along with a direct connection to the land. Consuming this cheese requires a careful eating pace.To see more stories, get recipes, and links to additional resources, go to: http://cookingupastory.com/

Jumping off a cliff, loriziell, generally means taking a risk. Some people consider taking risks a good challenge, others don't like to at all! And, of course, there are those in the middle too. Hope this helps you understand =)

yes, jumping can be scary, but many of us have faced those cliffs!! and because Kathy jumped, the rest of us can share in tasting some wonderful cheese.

Well done. Jumping off a cliff is very scary. I keep dreaming about sheep, hence was drawn to your video.

Yeah we milk our goats twice a day too. It's really remarlablle to produce your own food products at home. We depend on our girls as much as they depend on us.
