Oh for the love of god, you're all losers. Recycling musical compositions is a time-honored tradition among musicians, ESPECIALLY punk bands. So, what the fuck does it matter if one band re-used another bands riffs? Most modern music is just remixed distortions of classic rock, anyways. Original composition is rare; there's almost always an "influence" of some sort.
